                  Membership is £8.00 per annum.
Visitors are welcome to attend our indoor meetings (£2.00 admittance).
                  Visits take place in June and July.

                   We hear a history of the builder (Handyside) & of its building

28 May       The Home Front in World War Two
                   Arthur Shardlow's talk on the restrictions of wartime - World War II
                   will be given by two of our members

25 June       Visit to Shardlow Port walk & Heritage Centre £3 per head 7pm PROMPT

                   Terrain - about half mile. Flat, 1 flight of steps or slope.
                    Meet Chellaston Church Hall car park at 6.30 pm

30 July        Visit Royal Crown Derby for a factory tour, museum visit & talk
                   Jacqueline Smith - Curator
                   Includes exclusive viewing of one of the Osmaston Road pattern books
                            (£7 adult & £6.50 concessions + tea/coffee £2.50)
                   Terrain – flat with 2 flights of stairs to museum & ramp
                   Meet at Crown Derby Visitor Centre at 1.15 pm
